Checking things off my summer list.

Ahh...it's summer. Time to relax. Time to sleep. Time to BAKE!!!!!!! Oh my goodness. I have a big list of things I want to accomplish this summer and things are going great. Thursday night, my boss/friend :) Elin came over and we scrapbooked all night. We also baked wheat bread. I've never made bread before so that was one of the things on my list for the summer. It was fun to watch it rise and finally bake it. It actually turned out quite dry and we don't know why because we had a great recipe, but it was still really fun. It was good to get my scrapbooking stuff all organized too. I got three pages done and have much, much more to go! Yay for scrapbooking and bread nights :)
